Terms of Use

Welcome to Per Minute Content Reader (also referred to as "Per Minute"), developed by Arunkumar Nagelly. By downloading, accessing, or using Per Minute Content Reader on iOS or Android (technical package identifier: com.readrush.readrush), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Use of the Application

Per Minute Content Reader is a document reading and accelerated reading training tool designed for personal, non-commercial use. The application provides tools for:

• Reading imported PDF, EPUB, and TXT files
• Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP) accelerated reading
• Structured reading speed training and sprint sessions
• Baseline reading speed assessment and comprehension tracking
• Optional offline, on-device intelligence assistance

You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Responsibility for Imported Content

Per Minute Content Reader allows you to select and import documents (such as PDF, EPUB, and TXT files) from your device storage into the application's local sandbox:

• Content Ownership & Rights: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to import, store, and read any documents or files you load into the application.
• No Developer Hosting: The developer does not provide, host, inspect, or curate user documents. All documents remain in your device's local application storage and are not transmitted to or monitored by the developer.
• Acceptable Materials: You agree not to import or process content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful. You are solely responsible for all documents you choose to import.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights in your imported documents, reading notes, and personal reading metrics. Because the application operates offline-first on your device, you remain the sole custodian of your materials.

App Materials: The Per Minute Content Reader application, including its software code, user interface, visual designs, graphics, icons, typography arrangements, RSVP display pacing algorithms, and trademarks ("Per Minute Content Reader", "Per Minute") are the exclusive intellectual property of Arunkumar Nagelly and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Free vs. Premium Features

Per Minute Content Reader offers both free functionality and optional paid Premium features:

• Free Functionality: Standard PDF, EPUB, and TXT document import, normal document reading, local library management, reading history, reading progress, and the baseline reading speed assessment.
• Premium Functionality: Unlimited RSVP/accelerated reading after trial expiration, Training Sprints after trial expiration, on-device intelligence, and full Premium membership access.

5. 7-Day Local In-App Trial

The application includes a 7-day local in-app trial for RSVP/accelerated reading and the Training Sprint feature:

• Local Entitlement Logic: The trial is managed entirely on-device by local application entitlement logic. It does not require creating an account or providing payment information.
• Independent of App Store / Google Play Trials: This local trial is NOT an Apple App Store or Google Play introductory subscription offer.
• Trigger & Duration: The trial activates strictly upon your first successful activation of an RSVP reading session or Training Sprint within the app. It does not start merely upon installing the app, opening the paywall screen, reading standard documents, or completing the baseline assessment. Once initiated, the trial remains active for 7 consecutive local calendar days.

6. Premium Subscriptions & Lifetime Purchase

To access Premium features after the local trial expires, users may optionally purchase a Premium membership. The following product tiers are offered:

• Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewing monthly membership.
• Annual Subscription: Auto-renewing annual membership, presented in the app as Best Value.
• Lifetime Purchase: A one-time, non-consumable unlock that permanently enables Premium features without recurring charges.

Dynamic Pricing: Prices are displayed inside the application prior to purchase and are determined dynamically by Apple App Store or Google Play based on your local currency and storefront region.

7. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

All in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed and processed through the respective platform billing service:

• Apple App Store: If purchased on iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings > Subscriptions.
• Google Play: If purchased on Android, payment is charged to your Google Play account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to renewal. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the Google Play Store > Subscriptions menu.
• Access Upon Cancellation: If you cancel an auto-renewing subscription, your Premium access remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.

8. Refunds

Because all payments are processed directly by Apple or Google, refund requests are governed by the respective storefront's refund policy:

• For purchases on iOS, request refunds through Apple's refund portal at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• For purchases on Android, request refunds through Google Play's refund support at support.google.com/googleplay.

9. Restoring Purchases

If you switch to a new device or reinstall the app, you can restore your active subscriptions or Lifetime purchase at no additional charge by tapping the "Restore Purchases" button on the Premium screen, provided you are logged into the same Apple ID or Google Play account used for the original purchase.

10. Offline Intelligence & Device Capabilities

Optional offline intelligence is executed locally on your device hardware without cloud processing. Performance, availability, and inference speed depend on your physical device specifications, available system memory, storage capacity, and operating system version. The developer does not guarantee that offline intelligence models will run on all hardware configurations or older devices.

11. Data Storage & User Backups

Per Minute Content Reader operates locally and does not upload your documents or reading progress to developer servers. Consequently, if you delete the application or lose your device without an existing operating system backup (such as an Apple iCloud device backup or Android system backup), your imported documents and local reading progress may be permanently erased. The developer is not responsible for recovering lost local data.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Per Minute Content Reader is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all file formats or device specifications.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer (Arunkumar Nagelly) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of data, loss of profits, device interruption, or file corruption, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use Per Minute Content Reader.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. Any revisions will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the application following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue support for the application at our discretion. You may terminate your agreement to these Terms at any time by uninstalling the application and deleting all associated data from your device.

16. Platform Terms & Governing End User License

For iOS users, your use of the application is additionally subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference.

For Android users, your use of the application is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service (Google Play Terms).
