How does the Premium Lifetime Unlock work?
Rasa Art Premium is a one-time, Non-Consumable purchase. It is not a subscription, so you will never be billed repeatedly. Once unlocked, all premium features, seasonal collections, and advanced stories are permanently yours.
How do I restore my Premium purchase?
If you reinstall Rasa Art or change to a new iOS device, open the paywall screen inside the app and tap "Restore Purchases." The app will check Apple's systems and reactivate your premium status immediately for free.
What should I do if a purchase fails or won't load?
Please check your internet connection. If the app is offline or in Airplane Mode, it cannot contact Apple to load products. If the issue persists, make sure your App Store account has active billing info and that in-app purchases are enabled in iOS Screen Time settings.
Where are my drawings and reflections saved?
They are stored strictly on your device using Apple SwiftData. Because of this, we do not have copies of your drawings on our servers. To keep your work safe, make sure your device is regularly backed up to iCloud or your computer.
How do drawing revisions work?
When you open a saved drawing in your Gallery, you can choose to revise it. Rasa Art maintains a revision history, allowing you to see your progressive iterations while preserving the original sketches.
What devices are compatible?
Rasa Art requires iOS 17.0 or later and is fully optimized for both iPhone and iPad, allowing for a spacious drawing experience on larger tablet screens.
