Effective Date: August 3, 2026Welcome to Rasa Art. By downloading and using the Rasa Art mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. App Usage
Rasa Art provides drawing tools, prompts, stories, and reflection trackers for your personal, non-commercial, and mindful use. You may draw, reflect, and store your content inside the app. The app is designed for users of all ages interested in creative expression.
2. Premium Purchases
Rasa Art offers optional premium purchases through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Annual Premium Subscription
An auto-renewable annual subscription unlocks Premium features including:
- Premium story collections
- Seasonal collections
- Advanced Journey insights
- Future Premium content released during your subscription period
Lifetime Premium
Rasa Art also offers a one-time Lifetime Premium purchase. Lifetime Premium permanently unlocks Premium features associated with your Apple ID and does not expire.
Availability of products may vary by region.
3. Restore Purchases
If you reinstall the app, change devices, or restore your device, you can restore previously purchased Premium content using the Restore Purchases button. This restores both:
- Lifetime purchases
- Eligible subscription entitlements associated with your Apple ID
4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Apple using your Apple ID. Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over any drawings, canvas work, text notes, and reflections you create in Rasa Art. Since drawings are saved strictly on-device, you are sole custodian of your work.
App Material: The Rasa Art code, interfaces, designs, app icons, curated text prompts, quotes, story structures, and collections are the intellectual property of the developer (Arunkumar Nagelly) and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
6. User Responsibilities & Data Backups
Rasa Art stores all information on your local device. If you delete the app or lose your device without an active device backup (such as an Apple iCloud system backup), your saved drawings and reflection history will be permanently lost. The developer is not responsible for backing up your local files or restoring lost drawings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Rasa Art is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the app. We do not guarantee that the app will be completely free of bugs, errors, or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use Rasa Art, including but not limited to data loss, device malfunction, or emotional distress relating to your reflections.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend development, update support, or retire the app from the App Store at any time. You may terminate these terms at any time by deleting the application and all associated data from your devices.
